These general conditions of sale are applicable for any reservation in the CAMPING DU PAQUIER FANE establishment.

1 - RESERVATION CONDITIONS:
The reservation becomes final upon receipt of confirmation of your reservation and all requested information, duly completed and after agreement by our reservations department.

Right of withdrawal: The Paquier Fane campsite would like to remind you that, pursuant to Article L. 121-20-4 - 2 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation, transport, catering and leisure services provided on a specific date or at a specific frequency. A summary of your stay is provided to you when you make a reservation by telephone or on our website before any final payment, so that all orders placed cannot be subject to a right of withdrawal.

In accordance with article L221-28 of the consumer code, you do not have a right of withdrawal.
The booking fee is 10 euros (non-refundable) for all bookings made on our website.

For campers: 25% to be paid at the time of booking and the balance of the stay must be paid no later than the day of arrival.
For rentals: 25% to be paid at the time of booking and the balance of the stay will be paid on the day of arrival.
Payment methods: payment can be made by bank card, holiday vouchers, bank check made out to the establishment or bank transfer (a bank account number for the establishment will be provided to you upon request from the reservations department).
As part of promotional offers, full payment for your stay will be required upon booking by credit card.
The rental is personal, it is prohibited to sublet or transfer the location to a third party.
The rates are inclusive of all taxes with a VAT rate of 10% applicable on the day they were determined. Any subsequent change in the applicable VAT rate, occurring between the time the rates were determined and the invoicing of the stay, will result in a correlative change in the price inclusive of all taxes, which the customer accepts without reservation. The price of services ancillary to the stay is determined with a VAT rate of 20%.
The cancellation guarantee is optional and payable in addition to the rental at the same time as the deposit.
Cancellation guarantee   3% of the net price of accommodation with a minimum of €9 (1 to 4 nights) and €22 (5 nights and more).
Minors must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.

GROUP BOOKING
• Any reservation of more than 2 accommodations by the same natural person or by
different natural persons but who know each other and travel together for the same reasons on the same dates of stay are considered a group.
• The accommodation offered on the campsite website is aimed exclusively at individual customers.
• For any group booking request, you must contact the Du Paquier Fane campsite by telephone or by e-mail. The campsite reserves the right to study the booking request before accepting or refusing it.

2 - PRICES

Our prices include access to the campsite facilities, entertainment, swimming pool; water consumption, electricity; equipment required for the number of people corresponding to the chosen accommodation category (excluding additional people); space for one vehicle per rental; access to free activities.
For reservations on a camping pitch, the price includes 2 adults except for the cycle tourist/pilgrim pass package which includes 1 person, a maximum of 6 people are accepted on the pitch.

Our prices do not includethe additional car, an additional tent, an additional person, animals, the trailer, the daily visitor, the cancellation guarantee, the administration fees and the contributions to the tourist tax. Bed linen and towels, the baby kit are available for rental on site.
You have the possibility to reserve and pay in addition, the cleaning costs which would be carried out by us - Prices vary according to the type of accommodation (ask at the campsite).

In addition, our prices are subject to change depending on economic and commercial conditions.
Promotional offers made after the reservation date are not retroactive, and no refund of the price difference can be made.

Our campsites are not VACAF certified.
Special request: The Paquier Fane campsite cannot guarantee any special request made when booking. The pitch number will only be communicated to you upon arrival.
The plans and photos on our website are not contractual.

Accommodation deposits: They are requested upon arrival by credit card or cash to cover any damage and cleaning costs.

- For rental stays: €250.

1. Accommodation Deposit:
The accommodation and pitches rented must obviously be returned in the condition in which you found them. In the event of damage noted (breakage, missing items, deterioration) we will notify you, then collect the sums necessary to restore the rental.

2. Cleaning Deposit/Final Cleaning:
Accommodation must be left clean on your departure (floors cleaned, dishes washed, blankets folded and put away, bins emptied, cupboards clean, kitchen and shower rooms/toilets cleaned).

If you notice any anomalies in the condition of your rental upon arrival, you must notify the campsite reception within 24 hours, who will be able to do everything possible to correct the situation as quickly as possible. Without this, we will have great difficulty in responding positively to your complaint.
If the accommodation is not returned clean at the end of your stay, we reserve the right to charge you for the cost of restoring it to its original condition and to deduct it from your deposit after notifying you.

For departures, we ask that you carefully read the instructions displayed in the rental and respect them. The campsite team checks each accommodation. The deposits are returned to you after your departure within a maximum of 5 working days.

Additional persons: for reasons of compliance and safety, the number of persons indicated cannot be exceeded knowing that a baby counts as one person. If the number of persons exceeds the maximum capacity of the accommodation, the management reserves the right to refuse access to the establishment.
Tourist tax: €0.60/day/person from 18 years old (01/01-31/12)
Any change in the number of people which could result in a variation in the amount of the fee up or down must be specified on arrival (tourist tax). In the event of an inaccurate declaration by the lessee, this contract will be terminated automatically and the sums paid will remain acquired by the lessor.
Animal: only one animal allowed per pitch for a fee displayed at the entrance to the campsite and at reception and must be declared when booking. Vaccination record to be presented on site. Dogs of categories 1 and 2 are not allowed.
Other supplements: the prices set at the time of booking do not include paid services such as: laundry, rental of sheets and bath towels, etc.
Promotions cannot be combined.

3 - YOUR STAY:
Any request for modification (dates, type of accommodation, etc.) is subject to a payment of €15 and must be confirmed in writing by the customer and remains subject to acceptance. No modification of stay whatsoever will be granted less than 30 days before arrival. Without written confirmation from you, the stay will no longer be modifiable.

100% of the reservation amount

The non-cancellable non-refundable offer you can choose when you make your reservation. It is non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable and this regardless of the reason for your cancellation unless you have taken out cancellation insurance, see conditions with the insurer.
The amount of 25% of the stay will be charged on the day of your reservation and the remainder will be charged in the event of cancellation or no-show on the first day of your stay.

Charcoal barbecues are not permitted.
All our rentals are non-smoking.
Length of stay and pitch times: the rate is per night. Pitches are available from 12 noon and must be vacated by 12 noon.
Length of stay and rental times: our reservations are made per night. Rentals are available from 4 p.m. and must be vacated before 10 a.m.
Late or delayed arrival: the reservations department must be notified of any possible delay in your arrival, in order to keep your rental. The manager reserves the right to dispose of the planned location if there is no news 24 hours after the scheduled date. Payments made will not be refunded.
Compulsory civil insurance.
Rental insurance: the customer must check with their insurance that they have a holiday extension as part of their Home Insurance contract and its guarantee conditions. If this is not the case, the tenant is required to insure themselves against the risks inherent to their occupation. Namely: theft, loss, damage to personal effects (suitcases, objects, furniture, valuables, vehicles, bicycles, etc.). He must also insure himself against any damage that he may cause to the rental accommodation or to the establishment, whether caused by himself or by his companions. Customers must provide proof of their insurance at the first request.
Image rights: you expressly authorize the establishment, without compensation, to use, on any communication medium, photos and videos of you or your children that may be taken during your stay, for the establishment's advertising needs. The reuse of photos, videos and other visuals, for any personal or other use, is prohibited.
In the event of a dispute, the competent court is the district court of Chalon sur Saône.

4 - CANCELLATION:
The Paquier Fane campsite offers you the option of subscribing to a cancellation guarantee which covers, under certain conditions, the reimbursement of all or part of your stay. Without subscribing to the cancellation guarantee, no reimbursement or postponement will be possible, for any reason whatsoever.
Subscription to the cancellation guarantee is strongly recommended.
Any cancellation of stay must be notified to our reservations department. According to our cancellation conditions, the amount will be charged or refunded.
The Paquier Fane campsite will not make any refunds for any reason whatsoever.
Any stay started is due in full.
No reduction will be granted in the event of late arrival or early departure.
The cancellation guarantee covers the reimbursement of stay costs, after deduction of administration fees and the amount of this guarantee, upon presentation of proof of cancellation and in the following cases:
- Serious accident, serious illness, hospitalization or death of the insured, his spouse, descendants or ascendants,
- death of a brother, sister, brother-in-law, sister-in-law,
- serious damage, requiring the presence of the insured on the day of departure, due to theft, fire or natural elements affecting the insured's residence or vehicle,
- the economic dismissal of the insured or his spouse.
These events are given as examples only. All conditions can be consulted on our website or on request to the reservations department.

5 - COME SEE US

In the event of a problem in the rented accommodation, make a complaint to reception within 24 hours (in particular regarding utensils, condition, cleaning of the accommodation). We will then do our utmost to correct it as quickly as possible.
After this period, no claims will be taken into account and you could be held responsible, upon departure, for any damage or missing items. Which is not what we want!

6- Electric vehicles:
Following several serious accidents caused by the illegal charging of electric vehicles on campsite sockets, we remind you that our accommodation and campsite electrical terminal are not suitable for charging an electric or hybrid vehicle.
This can:

• Cause damage to the vehicle,
• Cause serious accidents in the mobile home (explosion, fire, short circuits),
• Cause significant damage to the campsite's electrical network

The entire damage is the sole and complete responsibility of the owner of the vehicle.
For these reasons and for your safety, it is strictly forbidden to recharge the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle by plugging into the electrical outlet of an accommodation.
In the event of an infringement, we will charge and debit your bank card for an amount of €100.

7- WHAT SHOULD YOU DO IN THE EVENT OF A DISASTER?

In the event of cancellation of stay before arrival, interruption of stay or postponed arrival and whatever the cause, illness, accident or unforeseen event, the tenant will be required to pay the balance of the reservation according to our cancellation conditions and no refund will be granted.

If you subscribe to the Cancellation Guarantee offered on our website:
Within 24 hours, you must notify the reservations department as soon as you become aware of an event preventing your departure.
Send supporting documents to Gritchen Affinity insurance (within 10 days of the request to cancel the stay):
- a letter stating the cancellation of your stay,
- a medical certificate specifying the nature, origin and severity of the accident or illness. It must mention the client's inability to stay in the establishment on the reserved dates,
- any supporting documents for the event.
